Description

I am using OSX 10.9.5 and have a BT-Business-Hub with no firewall. Here's the error, can you advise please

Any particular reason you are using active mode?

In order to use active mode you need to configure FileZilla and your NAT router according to http://wiki.filezilla-project.org/Network_Configuration
