Error transmission rates displayed when changing system time

When transmiting a file, if the system time is changed.
The transmission rates and elapsed time will be incorrect.
The example in attach file is to set the system time 4
days before, then negative value of the transmission
rates is displayed.

Modern operating systems have an NTP client that ensures that the system time is always correct.
There is no need to ever change system time.
