MLSD fail in raw mode with proftpd

Description
Server: Proftpd rel 1.3.5a on a CentOS 6 distro (x64)
Client: Filezilla client 3.12.0.2 on a Ubuntu 15.10 distro (x64).
Sympthom: MLSD command is correctly issued, and give the correct results, when using GUI, but it fails when the same sequence of command are issued in raw mode, using Server->Enter custom command
The sequence of command is listed in the logs file attached.
It seems that the client (in passive mode) does not initiate the data connection after the MLSD command to the client.
The same issue arise with Filezilla client 3.15 on a windows 7 SP1(x64).

It seems that the client (in passive mode) does not initiate the data connection after the MLSD command to the client.
FileZilla does not interpret entered raw commands and their replies. If using raw commands, it is your task to establish the data connection.
