Description

When using the latest version Filezilla Server 0.9.15,
Chinese characters display as clobber in the client
which does not support utf-8 (flashfxp) but display
correctly in Internet Explorer.

This problem is by design as specified in RFC 2640. Please
use a client that supports UTF-8.
