Description
Hi,
i have a user who - via remote ftp connection - can't view .xlsx files. No such problem with .docx or any other office files.
When selecting "view file" excel launches but doesn't load the file (remains blank).
This situation doesn't arise when opening locally - Excel displays files normally.
Office version 2013 Fam & SE - freshly reinstalled.

Sounds as if the system file associations aren't setup correctly. Either fix your system associations or set a custom association in FileZilla's settings dialog.
