Download/Upload Green Progress Bar in Taskbar

Hi FileZilla Devs,
I would like to propose adding a status bar in the taskbar for Windows. Some programs such as Movie Maker, File Explorer, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome etc. have a green status bar that shows file transfer completion or download completion. It should be fairly easy to implement, you can look at the documentation here: ​https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/dd391692(v=vs.85).aspx And you may want to look at SetProgressValue. I would find this feature extremely beneficial and don't think it would be very hard to implement.
