Time Stamp is way off

Description
I am showing an incorrect time stamp on the remote server. The remote server shows the correct time as does my laptop. A report was processed at 6:30 pm which only takes a few moments to process and the time stamp shows a time of 2:30 pm.

This can happen on servers that support neither the MLSD nor the MDTM command. Please make sure your server supports MLSD or if that's not possible, at least MDTM.
