Description
Filing or editing a bug report, or adding a comment, take about 30 seconds to one minute. This is not usable.

The issue persists. It took about 30 seconds to send my previous comment (actually, according to the date and time displayed, it was received almost immediately but it took about 30 seconds for me to get the response)

Strange, database CPU usage is at 100%. Restarted the database.
