FTP sites not working properly

Upgraded FileZilla Client to 3.10.3, starting receiving the following error:
Initializing TLS...
Error: Received TLS alert from the server: Handshake failed (40)
Error: Could not connect to server
FTP sites stopped connecting, but external sftp sites were connecting properly.
Uninstalled 3.10.3 and reinstalled 3.9. To remain secure, is there a fix/patch that will allow us to use 3.10? If not, is there another solution?
