Timeout can't be saved as '0' in Settings

Description
I want to change the Timeout setting to '0' but every time I save the setting with '0', next time it opens automatically with '10'. Other than '0' every thing else can be saved. Pls check this minor but annoying bug. Attaching the screenshot for your reference.
