FileZilla reports error: success on removing temporary file every time I shut it down

Description

Every time I close FileZilla, I get "File 'C:\Users\Rich\AppData\Roaming\FileZilla\filezilla.xml~' couldn't be removed (error 0: the operation completed successfully.)"

It's mostly a nuisance, but it's unclear to me why this transpires, and error success seems like incorrect behavior.

Still true on 3.10.1.1

You have some third-party programs on your system which fiddle around in FileZilla's settings directory. Tell these programs to leave FileZilla's settings directory alone.
