Can't edit a file a second time

Description
First I open a file to edit, using right mouse click and choose "Edit". Then Notepad (the associated program) opens. When I close Notepad and then again choose "Edit" I get a warning: (translated from Dutch) File can't be opened. The corresponding command has failed.
This happened after I upgraded FileZilla Client to version 3.10.0.

Yes, I do. I have just installed 3.10.0.2 but the bug is still there.

Same problem with Notepad++, Notepad or whatever as the associated program. Tested every 3.10.x version and all of them have the same problem.
The latest working version without the bug is 3.9.0.6.
Steps to reproduce:
- Use FileZilla 3.10.x. Tick the "Watch locally edited files..." checkbox in Settings. Choose a "custom editor".
- Connect to a server.
- Edit a local file from FileZilla.
- Try to edit again.
- Result: "The associated command failed." Expected: File will be reopened. 3.9.0.6 asks for a confirmation before opening but I personally don't care if it does.

A fix for this is in the repository.
Do you still experience this issue in 3.10.0.2?
