Critical error, could not connect to server is what I get when I try to connect. I spent hours on the phone with tech support trying to resolve the issue, seems like it's the Windows 8.1 firewall. But I have no idea how to fix the problem. I searched the forums and old tickets here too. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me. Thank you very much. |

Please advise on inablility to log in. site: ftp.pirltd.org.uk Username. legrj1509 Password. chris823 Message on attempts to log in reads 530 User legrj1509 cannot log in. In use: Filezilla 3.2.4.1 Client (Reloaded today) Operating system: Windows XP Fillazilla.exe is ticked in the Windowes Firewall exception list. Other website used here has no Filezilla log in problem. Webhost has checked and it is working at their end. Thanks in anticipation of your help. Christopher Legrand |
