Toolbar icon size does not change

How to reproduce:
Go to Settings → Interface → Themes
Choice Default theme
Set scale factor to 0.50
Press OK
Expected behaviour:
Icon size on toolbar is decreased.
Current behaviour:
Icon size not changed.

Hide toolbar through menu View → Toolbar
Restart the program
Expected behaviour:
Toolbar does not displayed.
Current behaviour:
Toolbar is displayed.

Description
I'm currently using 3.2.6.1 on a PC running Windows XP. The host and username is recognized but the password fails each time upon connecting. I changed the password to the hosting account and restarted the computer a few hours before trying again but still nothing.
