Request clean-up of dialog boxes

Description
Various dialog boxes have the positions of the OK and Cancel buttons reversed from what has become the norm, which is Cancel on the left and OK (or Connect) on the right.
The reason for doing things this way is that as English readers and writers, we normally work from left to right.
However, to proceed with an action by moving (visually, logically) to the left to click the Connect button for example, clashed with user-friendly interface design.

(1) Start program. Click on Site Manager icon. Buttons are, left to right:
Connect, OK, Discard. I expect Discard, OK, Connect
(2) Right-click a local file which has already been uploaded. Select Upload.
Buttons are: left to right:
OK, Cancel. I expect Cancel, OK.
Do you have a list of dialogs where it is reversed?
