Description |
I agree, there is something broken in FileZilla CLient 2.1.8b, it does not use PASV mode under any of the two simple scenarios I tried, but uninstall, and install version 2.1.7, and using the same configuration, the PASV mode is working. |

#370 | File transfer type customization | |||
Description |
Feature Request: Currenly only ASCII type files can be defined in preference. Instead of that, each time file zilla finds a new extension, it should ask the user to select the transfer type and it should keep it in memory permanently. For example if the transfer a file with extension .class then first time it should ask the transfer type, then next time onwards it should use the same transfer type. If there is extension for a file then it should ask the transfer type every time. The above options can be enabled by adding one-more option Transfer->Transfer Type->Ask This feature will greatly help us! Thanks! |
