#4413 | worksforme | sitemanager.xml directory to be a confgiruation value
Description |
More important in Windows environments: The directory where the sitemanager.xml file is stored is not a setting we can change (it is %APPDATA%/FileZilla ). We want to be able to configure in Filezilla an other directory (in our case a directory in a truecrypt disc) so that if laptops get stollen no information about the ftp servers we connect to gets compromised. (in the same sense that we can tell where a profile is stored in firefox or thunderbird at the moment). Thank you, Konstantinos Kokkorogiannis |

#4937 | duplicate | site manager doesn't allow moving connections to folder if list is long
Description |
I created a folder called "sites", which appears way down at the bottom of the list of connections. I am able to move connections that fit in the window to the "sites" folder, but not anything outside the window. the only workaround I have that I can think of is to edit the filezilla.xml file when filezilla is not running. idea: some sort of "move to" button that brings up a folder tree list would be useful, where you could click on a particular folder. it would be nice if it remembered the last folder you clicked on. |
