sitemanager.xml could not be loaded

Description

The file sitemanager.xml could not be loaded. the xml document is not well formed. error reading Element value

i am getting this message every time i start file zilla.

And 2nd time i faced this issue & i lost all my site manager entries

please give me some solutions how can i remove that error & how can i restore my entries.

why i am getting this error, so that i can avoid happening again in future

yes, my system got restarted automatically.

That explains it, if the program gets killed while writing to the file, the file is incomplete and hence cannot be loaded afterwards.

You need to restore that file from one of the recent backups you hopefully made.

Is there any scheduled backup option which can take backup from installation driver to another drive ?
