Play a sound on connect and final timeout

Description
It would be great to play a .wav sound on a successful
connect. When connecting to busy sites, it would be
nice to select the site and walk away and just wait for
the connect WAV. Also, after the last retry fails, it would
be good to have a different WAV sound. Important: No
sound on each individual failed connect attempt while in
the retry sequence. That would be very annoying.
Of course, the sound should be browsable.
