Description
I think there needs to be an options for to set the FTP
server to be able to limit the upload and download speed
to a certain amount of KB/sec. I know i need it as my
line slows down to almost a complete halt when
browsing when people are downloading from my FTP
server with lines that my upload can barely feed.
