Problem in browsing FTP with Chinese filename/directory name

Description
Dear all,
I think due the escape character problem, some chinese
characters of the filename/directory name are corrupted
when I use FileZilla to browse my own FTP. I am not
sure how I can provide more information to you.

Please use UTF-8 enabled client and server software (such as
recent FZ and FZS versions) or don't use non-english
characters. Using foreign characters in an encoding other
than UTF-8 is outside the specifications.
