I can't log in

I am putting my usual password and username but i am unable to log in but getting the following message:

Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

Status: newclosed

Please talk to your FTP server provider for your password. The password is either wrong, misspelled or does not match to your provided user name. Again, your FTP server (service) provider can help you.

And as last resort, you can post in the forums at, but likely you will get the same answer there.
