V3.9.0.3 not connecting on windows 8.1 machine

Description

When I upgraded to 3.9.0.3 (using the update feature within the program so should be a legitimate update) connections failed each time on the two separate FTP servers I connect to (see files). IF I uninstall 3.9.0.3 and re-install 3.9.0.2 (I kept both install packages on my machine) the same servers work fine and connect with no problems. This is a repeatable fault as I have now switched between the two versions a number of times and BOTH sets of settings in the Connection Managers appear to be identical in both versions of the software.

Status: newmoreinfo

Could it be due to a firewall on your machine partially blocking the new version?

Also, it seems that there is no working FTP server at upload.ntlworld.com according to https://ftptest.net/
