Tray Icon disapeares when explorer is closed

Description
If the explorer.exe is closed and restarted, the tray icon
is not comming back :-( Very anoying when an transfer
is allready running..

This has been tested on Windows XP and the tray icons come back after explorer.exe was terminated and restarted.
