Unable to upload file

I am trying to upload a htpasswd file to my wordpress site using FileZilla. It is continually unsuccessful. I have read many posts in the help section and also other info from Google to try and resolve this. i am not a massive tech person but can certainly get my way around these types of things. Please see below for the log. Any help would be great.

FileZilla is not able to open that file. Does it work after you restarted your computer?
