Filezilla Client does not list directory

Description
Dear Team,
We have restricted the user to their home directory in ftpaccess.ctl. User is able to list the files when using FTP in Command Prompt whereas the same is not working while connecting using Filezilla 3.7.4.1.
Please advice on the changes to be made in Filezilla Client.

Please provide logs with "raw directory listing" enabled. Please also update to the latest version of FileZilla. Version 3.7.4.1 is not supported anymore.
