Problems with cyrillic characters

Description
After updating to the 3.8.1 version it's not possible to browse or copy files with cyrillic names - "No such file or directory
".
UTF-8 is set in configuration.

Do you still have that problem with FileZilla 3.9.x? Can you provide logs?
