FileZilla server interface settings are not saved on Win Vista/7/8

Description
The settings for FileZilla Server Interface are stored in Program Files, but since the app runs without administrative privileges, the settings can't be saved to that location.
They should be stored in "%APPDATA%\FileZilla Server Interface"
