Incorrect year being shown in modified date field

Description
When browsing our SFTP server using filezilla v3.8.0 on Windows the year in the modified date field is showing as 2014 when the correct date is actually 2013. I have confirmed the date is correct on the actual file and by browsing using Cyberduck and the date s only wrong when using filezilla.

Please provide logs. Are all system times correct? What do you get after connecting to the system - something like "Timezone offsets: Server: 0 seconds. Local: 0 seconds. Difference: 0 seconds."
Which version of FileZilla are you using?
