Connection Problems

Description
Every Time I try to connect - it says that is connecting to the server. Then it times out. And as I understand as soon as the connection is made - the right side locates the remote site - so I could upload & transfers file. Is that true? Can anyone help with this issue?

Are you talking about FileZilla Server or FileZilla Client? Please provide logs.
