Cant download zip files in any browser

Description
Hi,
I'm to download a zip file. The browser stops downloading pretending that it is downloaded completely. I tried to download 97MB file but it stops when it is 2-3MB. I disabled my antivirus and the same problem appears. BTW, I recently formatted my computer, before that I didn't face this problem.
