Add git to default filter rules — at Initial Version

Description
Add git a filter rule to ignore the .git directory to the filter "CVS and SVN directories".
Probably we would also add mercurial at this point thus also ignore .hg directories.
A rename then would be adequate: "Ignore source control directories (CVS, SVN, Git, Hg)"
