PROBLEM UPLOADING FILES

Description
Good Morning, today I noticed several times the same problem:
copying a lot of files (500~1000) to an empty folder I receive (randomly) the message: "the target file already exists, please chose an action ..."
In the message box the first file has the correct size, the
second file has a size of ZERO byte.
I think may be a problem in the creation and copy of the file.
I am using the version 3.7.3 on a 64 bit system with win 7.
