Unable to set connect timeout

Description

I'm connecting to an FTP server that sometimes takes up
to 30 seconds to provide a banner and password prompt,
but once it does connect, it stays up and provides very
good transfer rates.

Is there a way to increase the wait time for the
initial banner?

Filezilla 2.2.13c, Windows XP SP2. Otherwise, the
utility looks awesome.

Nearly all versions of FileZilla have a timeout option in the settings.
