[FZ Server] Put hardcoded string in ressources

Hi, it seems like some strings in the FZS interface and
FZS service are harcoded:

• "Page" entries (General, Shared Folders, Speed

Limits, IP Filters) in the users and groups dialog of the
FZS interface

• The "ID" "Account" "IP" "Transfer" "Progress" "Speed"

of the main interface dialog for the informations on the
current connections

• barely all strings dealing with the FZS service ("Logged

On" "Retrieving Settings" etc.)

Can you please put this strings as localizable
ressources ?

Rejected. This will only happen on a complete rewrite of FileZilla Server.
