Upload elapsed time incorrect

Description
Hi, I'm uploading a file very slowly and I believe it is not counting the hour in the upload's elapsed time. Essentially this previous bug: http://trac.filezilla-project.org/ticket/5657 but as applied to uploads rather than downloads.

FileZilla 3.29.0 frequently resets the elapsed time. Another timer measuring the duration of the upload, started late, has been running 4 hr 22 min. The elspsed time now shows 00:01:06. While typing it has reset to 13 seconds. When I started typing it was 6 min 5 sec.
The file being uploaded is very large 2,127,668,038 and is running very slow. The average upload speed is 477 kbps. Why it's running slow is another matter to be taken up with my ISP.
