FireZilla Server 0.9.5 maxium connection count

FireZilla server does not limit the maxium number of
connections under one account. I set the IP limit and
that works per IP. However, the total number of
connections for an account cannot be limited. I set a
limit using the group maxium connection count and the
user maxium connection, but users keep connecting with
the limited account passed the specified limit.
