File corruption

Description
Generally happy with FZ (3.5.3) but I get random corruptions on upload of PHP files to server - and then even if I delete the server file and re-upload it is still corrupt. Using another technique - eg uploading via the server's cPanel File Manager - and it works OK

Can you be more specific about what you mean by "corruption"? Can you upload the original file and the "corrupted" file for further investigation?
