Description
File transfer was not a problem except for my webpage displaying Asian characters instead of the proper text and links.

I do not yet see your problem being a bug of FileZilla.

Response: File may not have transferred correctly.
What happens if you upload your file in binary mode? Does it work then?
Ar you sure your browser uses the correct character set/encoding?
