Description
Hello,
I am desperately trying to configure a fileZilla account through my host media temple. I am following the instructions to s T but keep getting the following error:
Command: USER mcd-productions.com
Response: 331 User mcd-productions.com OK. Password required
Command: PASS
Response: 530 Authentication failed, sorry
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server
PLEASE HELP!

ftp://<user>:<password>@<hostname>

It seems your password is wrong. Have you tried other ftp-clients?
If you're using firefox you could try this[1] link. If it's also not working, you should contact the administrator to request password reset.
