Description
With an account I connect to via SFTP, which has a section sign (§) in its password, I can not authenticate.
If I remove just that single character from the password, it works though.
Authentication and usage works with other Client WinSCP; so it is very probably an issue of FileZilla.
Note:
See TracTickets
for help on using tickets.
In fact, this was an encoding problem.
Filezilla was sending UTF-8 whereas winscp and where the password was set from used a different encoding.
Thus, a non-issue.
