Bonjour, je vous envoie ce ticket car depuis 1 semaine et demi je ne peux plus me connecter sur les serveurs de ma team afin d'y apporter des modifications. En effet quand j'ouvre mon filezilla et que je vais dans gestionnaire de site pour me connecter en prenant soin de bien taper tous les ID correctement celui-ci m'affiche ceci :
Statut : Connexion à 91.191.158.184:21...
Statut : Connexion établie, attente du message d'accueil...
Réponse : 220 (vsFTPd 2.3.4)
Commande : USER user_158184
Réponse : 331 Please specify the password.
Commande : PASS
Réponse : 530 Login incorrect.
Erreur : Erreur critique
Erreur : Impossible d'établir une connexion au serveur

Bien entendu je suis allé voir plusieurs forums disant tous la même chose : problème d'utilisateur max trop peu élevé par rapport à orange. Or je ne suis pas à orange mais à free. Je ne trouve aucune solutions et espère que vous pourrez m'aider.

I don't speak french, but as far as i can see from your log i'd say that your password is wrong or the server is preventing logins via non-encrypted channels.

Hello, I am sending you this ticket because for one week and a half I can not I connect to the servers of my team to make changes. In fact when I open my filezilla and I go to site manager to log into taking care to type all the IDs it correctly I will show:

Of course I went to several forums saying the same thing: user max problem too low compared to orange. But I'm not orange but free. I find no solutions and hope you can help me.

Ok, much better now :)

Have you tried to access the server with another ftp-client? If you're using firefox you can directly open this[1] link and enter your username and password.

If this fails too, then i'd say that the problem is not related to filezilla.

ftp://user_158184:__PASSWORD__@91.191.158.184

Just replace PASSWORD with your account password.

Hello, I tried this manipulation by changing the password of filezilla by that of my account of since about the which I speak to you and I always receive the same error. When I click the link which you sent me he says to me: " Alert(Notify), login 530 incorrect " I thus changed the password of the account since which I speak to you by that of the waiter(server) on filezilla and réessayé about the sent link and there always same warning message " login 530 incorrect ". For information also the leader(head) of our team who uses too filezilla for modifer the waiter(server) managed indeed to connect with even ID and password, I thus tried to deactivate my antivirus to connect me, uninstall; download again filezilla and reinstall him(it). Nobody manipulations works:S the other information, this problem arrived suddenly, in the morning I used filezilla and in the evening by returning above for a modification to make the error appeared without any new program not be installed(settled) on my PC nor updated to see made changes.

Can you please try another FTP client just to make sure the user account works at all?

Try adding the domain to your username like user_158184@… some servers require this
