Can't fix "Error loading XML file" in Mac

Description

i searched for solutions on how to fix this error but i'm not sure why i'm still getting this..
i also tried uninstalling FileZilla app and installing it again but alas, still no luck
i really need some help in this.

Issue probably solved already...
Huge number of changes since ticket was created, please reopen ticket if issue still in latest version.
