First file transfered fails

Description
When you click on the first file in the left hand window
to transfer a file it begins to send that file immediately.
If then at the same time you hold the shift key down
select a file at the bottom of the list (a group of about
5 - 8 files) and then drag and drop to the right window
to transfer these files (fairly quickly). Causes a transfer
error.
This seems to me to be a chase condition as it only
tends to happen on the first transfer. The first file is
been transfered whilst the group of files are been
transfered. The first file then can cause an error to
occur.
