FileZilla FTP Client 2.2.9 bug?

Description
Hi all,
I finded a problems on my FileZilla Client 2.2.9, it is
if I login by SSH2, the first user will be can connect
to the SFTP server, but if later, from the Site
Management interface added a new site, and using
different user name to login by SSH2 again, it just
said that can't connect to the server.
I have rent a Linux server with RH 7.3, and have many
ftp user account on this server, why FileZilla only let
the first added user can login by SSH2? Do it is a bugs?
