SFTP modifies the file name in Chinese

Description
Filezilla client 2.2.9
I tried to use SFTP to transfer a file, whose name is
in Chinese but the file name was not displayed
correctly. And after transfer, the file name was
modified (just as it showed).
However, the content of the file (which is also in
Chinese) was correct.
I don't know whether it is a bug, or just I don't know
how to use this GREAT software.
