Can't log in to my fillezilla account

Description
I have been using filezilla for years now and all of a sudden I seem to have lost access to all my stuff. I haven't changed my log in information or password at all and now I can't log in. I get a "Critical Error" and "Could not connect to server" It is vital I get this working asap.
Please help me in any way you can,

No reply for more than 28 days.
"Could not connect to server" usually means that the server is down or your network is having problems.
