Description
It would be nice to be able to use well-known interaction patterns from web browsers.
Middle-clicking (and Ctrl-clicking) items in the Site Manager split-button drop-down should open new connection in new tabs.
It would also be good to update the 'Already Connected' current/new tab dialog to use two large buttons for the options.
