Server Admin UI Close/Minimize Behavior

Description
Instead of the server admin closing when the X is clicked, change it so X minimizes to the taskbar tray area. The minimize button can be used to minimize to the taskbar.
The console could be closed by right clicking on the taskbar tray icon or by selecting file>exit in the program window.
