Cannot create bookmarks using non-Administrator account

Description

Only Administrator user can create bookmarks on W2K.

This seems to be the same problem as in

​http://sourceforge.net/forum/message.php?msg_id=1580956

This bug report has been closed due to inactivity and has possibly
already been solved.

You can reopen this report if the issue still exists in the
latest version of FileZilla (Server).
